The hotel offers nice rooms with a great view of Freedom Tower but lacking cleanliness. The service is overall terrible, especially at the front desk, although some staff were accommodating. The main draw is the location being close to One World Trade and 9/11, but the dining experience is somewhat disorganized. Facilities are decent overall.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious for a NY hotel, and I had a corner room with a view of the Westfield World Trade Center Mall and subway station. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect, very close to many attractions and with the subway right in front of the building. The dining options were nice, with lots to choose from. Overall, it was an all-around excellent experience.

The hotel is in an amazing location, close to top attractions like WTC, Wall Street, Battery Park, and more. The rooms are immaculate with beautiful views, but the only downside was the non-availability of the desired suite upon arrival.
