Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms overlook Ground Zero, which may be intriguing in a macabre way, but offer great views. The shower functions were enjoyable, and the room was spacious. However, the dining options seemed overpriced. The service was good overall, especially during check-out, but they do take a $75 USD deposit from your card. The location is prime with proximity to attractions, however, the area through the peep hole seemed concerning. The facilities were decent, but the dining prices were on the higher side.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had an amazing view overlooking the memorial and the water. The concierge service was good, and the overall experience was very pleasant, especially with the great view of the river.
The hotel offers stunning city views but needs renovation. The rooms were clean and comfortable but show signs of aging. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Manhattan with access to major attractions and transportation. The dining experience was satisfactory, with some limitations. Service varied from apologetic to helpful, with the staff accommodating different needs.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was nothing like the pictures online; it was small and not clean, with a terrible smell when I arrived. I asked to be moved multiple times due to the dirty carpet and unusable refrigerator full of hotel chips and candies, but no one responded to my request. The location, however, was fantastic for exploring Downtown Manhattan, with the subway station right outside.
The hotel had a great location in downtown Manhattan and was near major attractions. However, the rooms seriously need an upgrade and the service was not pleasant for the price paid.
The hotel offers nice rooms with a great view of Freedom Tower but lacking cleanliness. The service is overall terrible, especially at the front desk, although some staff were accommodating. The main draw is the location being close to One World Trade and 9/11, but the dining experience is somewhat disorganized. Facilities are decent overall.
I absolutely loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious for a NY hotel, and I had a corner room with a view of the Westfield World Trade Center Mall and subway station. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect, very close to many attractions and with the subway right in front of the building. The dining options were nice, with lots to choose from. Overall, it was an all-around excellent experience.
The hotel is in an amazing location, close to top attractions like WTC, Wall Street, Battery Park, and more. The rooms are immaculate with beautiful views, but the only downside was the non-availability of the desired suite upon arrival.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had an excellent view facing west toward the Oculus and European King mattresses, but I encountered issues with overpayments. The service was extremely polite and helpful, although there were discrepancies in deposit refunds and ticket purchasing information for attractions. The location was the best feature, conveniently situated across from the World Trade Center transportation hub, but not ideal for tourists. The dining experience was expensive with excellent buffet options. Overall, the hotel had its shining moments but also areas that needed improvement.
The hotel room, although small compared to suites in other luxury hotels, offered a fantastic view, especially being located in Manhattan right across the street from the Freedom Tower. The size was suitable for NYC, but it didn't fully meet my expectations for a Hilton property.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, the warmth made it challenging to sleep. However, the dated and dirty decor with a lingering smell was a major downside. The service was a hit or miss; some staff members were great and helpful, while others were rude and made errors during billing. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring many attractions, but the dining options were limited and overpriced. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were falling apart and not clean every day; however, the view and proximity to the WTC memorials exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for overlooking the World Trade Center.
The hotel offers average rooms that may have been neglected for a while but provide a simple stay. The service was professional but lacked warmth and empathy. The location is excellent for those wanting to be close to transportation hubs and shopping areas. The dining options were limited and not worth the cost.
The hotel had amazing views across Manhattan, great price, and a prime location. However, the unprofessional and rude behavior of some staff members made the stay unpleasant for me and my friends, leading us to reconsider staying at this Hilton location in the future.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was outstanding, right across from Westfield and only a 5-minute walk to Brookfield Place and the 9/11 memorial. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, although a bit dated, and the shower functions were fantastic. The service was decent, and the staff, while polite, seemed a bit overwhelmed that weekend. The dining experience was reasonable, with a limited choice for a hotel but sufficient. Overall, the price was fair for the value provided.
